As a Founding Engineer at Ropes, you'll be instrumental in building and scaling our technical assessment platform during a period of significant growth. You'll work directly with our core team in Union Square, NYC, shipping features that directly impact how companies evaluate engineering talent.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production
- Strong foundation in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
- Interest in or experience with LLMs and AI systems
- Track record of taking ownership and driving projects from concept to completion
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about wearing multiple hats
- Passion for our mission of making technical hiring more equitable and effective
Founding Account Executive
As a Founding Account Executive at Ropes, you'll be instrumental in building and scaling our go-to-market strategy during a period of significant growth. You'll work directly with our core team in Union Square, NYC, driving partnerships with engineering leaders and talent teams at high-growth companies who are reimagining their technical hiring processes.
What we're looking for:
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to technical decision-makers, with a proven track record of closing deals over $50k ARR
- Strong foundation in consultative selling, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of building relationships from scratch and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building a sales motion from the ground up, including creating playbooks and processes
